Orders must be cancelled before fulfillment begins (typically within 24 hrs of submitting your order). If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at contact@lookimadeahat.shop and we will process the request and issue a refund.

All of our products are printed on demand by Printful at their fulfillment center and shipped directly to you. Because products are printed and shipped this way to be more eco-friendly, it typically takes about 2-5 business days for printing/fulfillment and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. If it has been more than 14 days since you made an order with us and you have not yet received your item(s), please contact us atcontact@lookimadeahat.shopand we will check on the status of your order.

We only ship to the United States at this time. We hope to make our products available to our international friends and fans in the near future.

Yes! Every hat on the site was thoughtfully designed by a real human (Emmy Potter) from the logo to the embroidery colors to the hat colors and styles. We work closely with our fulfillment partner to ensure the quality of each design. No AI ever! That's a promise.

We aim to drop new designs four times a year (or "quarterly" for you fancy schmancy business types) + a special holiday season drop. Keep in mind this is a literal one-person business run by a thirty-something woman who also has a full-time job. She'll do her best!
