Shipping policy

Our products are printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, which has operations throughout the United States. Because our items are not created in bulk, and thus, are more eco-friendly, this leads to slower fulfillment rates.

On average, fulfillment (printing) takes an estimated 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional estimated 2-5 business days. If it has been more than 14 days since you made an order with us and you have not yet received your item(s), please contact us at contact@lookimadeahat.shop and we will check on the status of your order.

Shipping rates are automatically set by region by the fulfillment center.
